Most shops send their printing out, so they can only sell you the whole job. The press is in our building, which means we can sell you the middle of it: panels for your own crew, a file for your own printer, or a vehicle you drop off and collect finished.

You send approved artwork. We run it, laminate it, trim it to the breaks on your proof and label the panels in install order. You collect or we ship, and your crew fits it. Buying from us does not put us on your job.

Measured off the vehicle, laid out on a verified template, proofed, printed, laminated and fitted. Nothing changes hands between the drawing and the finished panel, so nobody is between you and the person who can fix it.
Design on its own is a fourth option: a dimensioned, print-ready file you can take anywhere, including to another printer.
Why it matters
The press is in the building
A shop that brokers its printing out is quoting you someone else's schedule and someone else's colour. When a panel comes back wrong, the conversation goes through a third party who was not in the room when the proof was approved.
Wide-format printing, lamination and cutting happen here, in the same building as the bay. That is why a reprint is a reprint rather than a renegotiation, and why we can sell printing on its own to shops that would otherwise be competitors.

How it works
One process, two finish lines
Every job starts the same way: consult, then design, then print. From there a fleet vehicle goes to install; a trade order goes to the dock.
- Consult Vehicle or order specifics confirmed before anything is designed.
- Design Layout built on a verified template, or print-ready files reviewed at preflight.
- Print Cast film, proofed against the vehicle or the order before a full run.
- Install / Ship Fleet vehicles go into the bay. Trade orders go to the dock.
- Care Wash and parking guidance so the film ages evenly.
Common questions
What is the difference between the fleet side of the business and the trade side?
- The fleet side installs wraps and graphics on a vehicle someone else owns, from measurement through the finished install, in the Charlotte bay. The trade side sells the printed material itself, panels, rolls, stickers, cut lettering, and design or template work, to a shop, sign company, or contractor that installs its own jobs. Pricing, lead times, and most of the FAQs differ between the two, because the two buyers need different things from the same production line.
Can anything be done for a personal vehicle?
- Design and print, yes. Install, no. Installation here is commercial and fleet work, so a personal vehicle does not get booked into the bay. What can be produced for one is the artwork and the printed film itself, ordered the way a shop orders material and fitted by whoever the owner chooses. It leaves the building as a print order rather than as an install booking, and we do not inspect the fit afterward.
What does a wrap or a trade order cost?
- There is no set price list on either side of the business. Cost on the fleet side depends on the vehicle, the coverage chosen, and the condition of the panels underneath it; cost on the trade side depends on the size of the run, the film, and how much design work it needs. We quote every job once the specifics are known, rather than estimate from a generic starting figure.
